This module uses an H-bridge driver IC by Infineon; BTS7960, with overtemp and overcurrent protection. Dual BTS7960 IC's support a full H-bridge driver circuit, with strong drive and braking capabilities, uses a 74HC244 ic to effectively isolate the microcontroller and the motor drive signals and supplies! High Current up to 43A!
