It’s widely known that the E3D Hotend Assembly is one of the most efficient hotends in 3D Printing, and this is due to the way the filament feed is kept cool. As any veteran 3D Maker will know, it’s important to keep the filament cool, rigid and stable before it enters the heat block, so as to prevent it from melting and clogging up the hotend or feeder before the filament reaches the melt zone near the nozzle.

This is why we stock our E3D V5 Cooling Tower 30mm Fan with included Mount, as it is designed to provide extremely effective cooling in the E3D V5 Cooling Tower, while not affecting the high maintained temperatures within the block below. It is simple to install and simply clips onto the cooling tower via the plastic injected mould mount, and can plugs in with a small 2-pin female header.
