E3D V5 Cooling Tower Fan Mount

The E3D models of 3D Printers are well known for their great printing quality, and this is partly due to the way that the filament temperature is controlled with precision throughout the feeding process. This is thanks to the E3D V5 Cooling Tower Fan, which can be mounted directly onto the tower to blow air through the fins and provide highly effective, dedicated cooling.

Our plastic injection moulded cooling tower mount is designed for a 30mm Fan, and snugly fits around the E3D V5 Cooling Tower. This keeps the filament cool before it passes into the melt zone within the heater block and nozzle, greatly reducing any chances of clogging and ensuring consistent filament while feeding it downwards. The snug fit also ensures that the fan doesn’t affect the surrounding parts or environment, so that it never interferes with enclosure or heater block temperatures.

We also stock an E3D V5 Fan and Mount Combo, as well as the E3D V6 Variation as well, which includes the fan and simply requires you to plug it in and clip it on.
