Our 30mm 12V DC Fans are most commonly purchased for projects requiring cooling for specific parts or components like as stepper motor drivers, which would typically get very hot without extra cooling. For such components, a large fan is not always viable, since space is often limited within enclosures, and you may require smaller fans to cool the parts within. However, these fans can be helpful in almost any situation necessitating extra cooling, and can be powered with a basic 2-pin connector for convenience in a variety of different projects.
