Some highly functional projects need your 3D prints to withstand force and heat. This eSun ABS High Temperature Filament is built to take the heat up to 100°C without breaking a sweat. When it comes to projects where functionality and strength are needed, ABS is often the first filament we reach for printing tough models up to the task. eSun has optimised this new eABS-HT filament for even greater heat resistance and a higher heat deformation threshold.
This 1kg roll of Grey eSun ABS-HT Filament is specialised for high temperature applications and will only begin to show strain at 100°C. All the benefits of ABS still apply for the ABS-HT filament, offering fantastic strength and stability. Some of the key benefits of ABS filament, when compared to similar plastic filament, are that it is strong and durable, with mild flexibility and a slow pace of degradation. Print your functional parts with tough mechanical strength and super temperature resistance.
Just remember that for ABS printing you will need a heated bed and an enclosure to control the temperatures more accurately. eSun ABS-HT will need an even higher printing temperature due to its inherent resistance. It is also suggested to dry thoroughly before printing. Although, with so many fantastic benefits when compared to similar plastic materials, these requirements are worth the effort.
