XY-WRBT Bluetooth 5.0 Audio Receiver Module

If you’re one of the many music fans of the world who simply can’t live without your music, and would like to simply have it playing wherever you go whenever possible, then the XY-WRBT Bluetooth 5.0 Audio Receiver Module is for you! This handy audio receiver and transmitter module is relatively simple at heart, and while other Audio Modules may aim to provide audio conditioning and many other fancy features, this little module is designed simply to help you enjoy more freedom with your music – and it does it that simple job really well.

The XY-WRBT Bluetooth 5.0 Audio Module is essentially just a middle-man for your music and audio projects, taking audio input over a Bluetooth connection, and then outputting that audio via a common 3.5mm port. This is fantastic for turning standard speakers into wireless speakers, capable of connecting with many different devices that have Bluetooth 5.0, 4.2, 4.1 and 4.0, with an impressively wide operating voltage that lets you power it via Micro USB, Lithium Batteries or almost any other supplies between 3.7V and 24V DC.

To complement a simple but great design, this audio module features a simple connection style with auto-reconnect support and easy onboard controls that anyone can use. Simply power up the module, turn on Bluetooth on a local device, connect to the Bluetooth device named “XY-WRBT” and then begin playing the audio you want. Furthermore, with some tiny “Wake” pins on the edge, you could also equip a little on/off button for saving power, or could even integrate an IR Sensor with a remote control so you can turn it on and off from a distance.

Please Note: After the power is turned on, the blue indicator flashes quickly, and then the module enters the Bluetooth mode. After this, it will play a “Beep” sound as it goes into the pairing mode, after which you can connect via Bluetooth. Once connected, you will hear another audible “Beep”, and if music is playing, the onboard LED will slowly blink to show that it’s operating.
