Creality Delrin Solid V-Wheel Kit - 625ZZ Bearings

This Creality Delrin Solid V-Wheel Kit includes Delrin rollers with 625ZZ Bearings, allowing you to fix roller-related problems with relative ease.

3D Printers are comprised of many different parts, with some being purely electronic and others being purely mechanical, and together all of these parts work in unison and all help you create incredible and previously impossible designs from nothing but raw plastic and great ideas. However, with so many different parts all working, and some 3D Printers being used for multiple hours a day, it’s just inevitable that at some point something is going to break. Fortunately though, we make it our duty to try and get all of the Spares and Replacements that 3D Makers need to fix the odd problems when they arise, such as the Creality Delrin Solid V-Wheel Kit, which consists of three V-Slot rollers with 625ZZ Bearings and POM Wheels that keep all of the parts in perfect orientation while allowing them to move left, right, forwards, backwards as well as up and down – allowing for smooth and precise operations on the X, Y and Z-axis in 3D Printing.

In terms of mechanical properties, these roller wheels are made from a high-grade engineering plastic known as POM, and this material is chosen due to its extremely low friction coefficient and ability to self-lubricate as it wears down over time. Within the POM shell, there are some nice 625ZZ Bearings, and these are designed to provide smooth rotational motion, while protecting the actual bearings inside with a shell so as to prevent dust and grime from disrupting and ruining the beautiful smooth motion. The centre hole (or bore) size is 4.9mm, and the total diameter including the POM shell is around 24mm, and this perfectly matches the typical requirements for a large majority of 3D Printers on the market. As such, if you are struggling with little bumps, a loose grip, or any other problems relating to your roller wheels on the X, Y or Z-axis, then consider getting a set of these to switch out with your current ones, and ultimately breathe new life into your favourite 3D Printer and ensure that your prints are never ruined by an annoying problem such as worn out or bumpy rollers.

Although Creality 3D have been working within the industry since 2014, their addition of the Creality CR-10 series is what really catapulted them to the front line of competition, as it offered substantially better quality compared to other 3D printers – while simultaneously reducing the cost and complexities of the machines.

The quality of Creality’s 3D Printers and accessories shows through in their market history, with the brand selling around 3000 printers in their first year on the market, followed by about 10,000 sales over the next year. Now, Creality easily sells around 30,000 or more 3D printers each year, with sales continuously rising as they bring out more models. These are impressive numbers when considering the fact that they entered the industry as unknown competitors, quickly rising through the ranks and now even competing with Wanhao and similar top brands.

If you are looking for excellent 3D Printers that offer affordability without compromising on quality, Creality 3D is certainly a brand that you should take note of. From the basic Creality Ender 2 all the way up to the large build volume Creality CR-10 S5, there are few other brands who are capable of offering such a refined package while still maintaining some of the most enticing prices in the industry.
