A small surface mount to through hole adaptor PCB. This allows you to use those pesky SMD parts on your breadboard etc. Fits either a SOP16 (SO16) package or a SSOP16(TSSOP16) package on the reverse side. Remember you can also use this for packages with less pins in the same form factor, such as SO14 or SO12 parts.
