The 1A Dual H Bridge Motor Driver is a Breakout Board with a tiny form factor, designed with the specific purpose of driving motors efficiently at low voltage and current ratings. It has been designed as a replacement for the L298N Bridge Module, but uses even lower voltages to drive up to two DC Motors at a constant current of 1.2A.

The driver uses the IN1 and IN2 input signals to control motors with up to four different functions, including clockwise, counter-clockwise, short-brake and stop modes. It also has two motor outputs, labelled A and B, which can be separately controlled to predefined speeds via PWM input signals up to 100kHz.

This driver comes with two sets of male headers, and has both thermal protection and low voltage protection integrated into the circuit.
