For this specific position, we are looking for a Workshop Manager. Someone that has experience managing a small team, has a passion for working with there hands and isn't afraid to get a little dirty. You will have the responsibility of operating and managing the output of our workshop. You will need to oversee a variety of elements as we have a diverse operation, ensuring that you will never be bored with mundane day-to-day. You will have the opportunity to operate and develop some of the latest Tech in 3D Printing, CNC and more! All while taking on exciting projects and advancements in our operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the output of the workshop
  • Developing and testing new products
  • Controlling the 3D printer repairs process
  • Electronic repairs
  • Controlling stock levels and ordering of consumables
  • Training of staff and customers in the art of 3D Printing

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated 
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Workshop experience
  • Great time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and push your boundaries
  • Ability to embrace constant evolution and change

  • Interest or has experience in Electronics & the latest Tech
  • Interested or has experience in 3D Printing
  • Worked with CNC machines
  • Worked with Laser cutters

  • Formal management qualification
