If you love to 3D Print all day, wrangle those electrons or simply tinker with whatever you can get your hands-on, then you’re already a perfect fit!

What you will do:
- Assisting customers with the online shopping process
- Giving technical advice regarding products and prospective projects
- Assisting with tracking and delivery information with regards to orders that have been placed
- Dealing with sales and quotation-based queries
- Help facilitate and track the return and repair of any products such as 3D Printers
- Delighting our customers!
What we are looking for:
- Extraordinary written and spoken communication skills
- 1-3 Years customer support experience or experience in the Tech field
- Great time management
- The ability to delight our customers
- Good research skills
- Willingness to learn and push your boundaries
- Ability to embrace constant evolution and change
Extra cred:
The following, while not required, will give you more street cred
- Interest or experience with Electronics & the latest Tech
- Interest or experience with 3D Printing
- Sales experience
- Speak Afrikaans
