If you have experience managing a small team, curiously passionate about the latest Tech and not afraid to get your hands dirty, then you’re already a great fit! You will have the responsibility of operating and managing the output of our workshop. We have an exciting and diverse operation, ensuring that you will never be bored with mundane day-to-day. You will have the opportunity to operate and develop some of the latest Tech in 3D Printing, CNC and more! All while taking on exciting projects and advancements in our operations.
What you will do:
- Managing the output of the workshop
- Developing and testing new products
- Controlling stock levels and ordering of consumables
- Training of staff and customers in the art of 3D Printing
What we are looking for:
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Experience managing a small team
- Workshop experience
- Great time management skills
- Willingness to learn and push your boundaries
- Ability to embrace constant evolution and change
Extra cred:
The following, while not required, will give you more street cred
- Interest or experience with Electronics & the latest Tech
- Interest or experience with 3D Printing
- Worked with CNC machines
- Worked with laser cutters
- CAD experience
- Formal management qualification
