It’s always exciting when Creality 3D bring out a new motherboard, as each new version that they produce brings new features and capabilities to the table. And with the impressive foresight that we’ve come to love from them, they have designed the new Creality V2.4 with a lot of room for future growth and expansion. It is the stock standard board that the Creality CR-10S Pro and the more recent Creality CR-10 MAX comes equipped with, which excites us as this means the new Pro range may definitely have some unique features as they refine, reiterate and advance the range.

*Note: This motherboard is is a Creality Original Spare sourced directly from Creality 3D, ensuring optimal quality and compatibility for your CR-10S Pro and the more recent CR-10 MAX 3D Printers.

Typical Applications for the Creality 3D V2.4 Motherboard:

In addition to featuring all of the usual ports for the extruder, X/Y/Z axes, heatbed and limit switches, the Creality 3D V2.4 Motherboard also offers three separate display ports, one of which is a dual-port for a 12864 screen, with two other ports dedicated to different style touchscreens. It also accommodates the 30-pin ribbon cable that can be found on the new Creality 3D Printers, which of course caters to the extruder and hotend as well, and this has allowed them to keep some additional ports reserved for future use – which is arguably quite exciting when considering the unique features of the Creality CR-X.

Creality V2.4 Motherboard

Although Creality 3D have been working within the industry since 2014, their addition of the Creality CR-10 series is what really catapulted them to the front line of competition, as it offered substantially better quality compared to other 3D printers – while simultaneously reducing the cost and complexities of the machines.

The quality of Creality’s 3D Printers and accessories shows through in their market history, with the brand selling around 3000 printers in their first year on the market, followed by about 10,000 sales over the next year. Now, Creality easily sells around 30,000 or more 3D printers each year, with sales continuously rising as they bring out more models. These are impressive numbers when considering the fact that they entered the industry as unknown competitors, quickly rising through the ranks and now even competing with Wanhao and similar top brands.

If you are looking for excellent 3D Printers that offer affordability without compromising on quality, Creality 3D is certainly a brand that you should take note of. From the basic Creality Ender 2 all the way up to the large build volume Creality CR-10 S5, there are few other brands who are capable of offering such a refined package while still maintaining some of the most enticing prices in the industry.
