This little OLED Display Module is a Blue 0.96 Inch screen with 128x64 resolution and 7pin SPI for Arduino. It utilises an ultra-low power consumption of 0.04W during standard operation thanks to the fact that it doesn’t need a backlight, and supports a wide operating voltage range of between 3.3V and 5V. This makes it perfect for projects like building Smart Watches, digital visual displays for vehicles, personal MP3 players or experimental DIY phones, as well as a wide range of other applications.

What makes this display unit a good choice compared to many of alternative OLED, LCD and Other Displays is how it offers excellent functionality while maintaining an extremely low power consumption. The Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) technology allows it to operate at a minimal 0.04W, with an impressively small form factor of around 27 x 27 x 4.1mm. This is why many customers have used this display for small projects like custom smart phones and digital bracelets or smart watches. Additionally, with the simple but versatile 7-pin SPI interfacing design, it can be operated with an inexpensive Arduino UNO or similar type of 3.3V or 5V development platform.

Typical Applications for these Blue 0.96 Inch 128X64 OLED Display Modules:

The extremely low power consumption and small form factor of the 0.96 Inch 128X64 Blue 7pin OLED Display Module makes it an ideal display option for smaller projects like building digital wearables, although the module is certainly not limited to small applications only. Some users have reported integrating this display into their larger-scale projects as well thanks to the reasonably high resolution, wide viewing angle, as well as the fact that it doesn’t need to have a backlight.

A great example of this small display working well in a large project is a game arcade machine like the “Claw Game”, which doesn’t necessarily need a large screen but does need to have a digital visual display to show how many tokens or “Tries” the user has left. The module has a fast response time and can be seen in both bright and dimly lit environments, and can be operated with inexpensive Arduino Boards like the UNO. This, however, is just a simple example of how this display can be used in a wide range of different projects, so consider investing in one of these modules next time you are eager to integrate digital visual interaction into a project that you are busy working on.

Very Happy

Took awhile and venting but I got it working. Very happy.
Comes in SPI mode.

Doesnt Work

No examples, does not power on, waste of money
