In Electronics, you may not always be able to get the perfect PC-Board with all of the necessary holes for mounting components or screws. In such times, our 0.8mm Tungsten PCB Drills are ideal, and allow you to create your own 0.8mm holes wherever you need them to be. The drill bits are made from tungsten, which is a durable material that maintains its drilling sharpness for a long time – especially if you are only using the drill for plastic PC-Boards.

Our Tungsten PCB Drills are also an excellent tool for unclogging 3D Printer Nozzles, which can become troublesome since the nozzle diameters are so small and accurately crafted. This is one of the easiest ways to declog a nozzle without potentially damaging it, and the high strength Tungsten ensures that it can cut deep into almost any type of plastic.

Each Tungsten PCB Drill is outfitted with a colourful plastic ring, so you can easily spot them amongst your workshop tools. Tungsten PCB Drills come in a wide range of sizes from this 0.2mm Drill to the large 1.5mm Drill, with others ranging in between.

Please Note: Tungsten PCB Drills are supplied with plastic rings of a variety of colours. In your order, the plastic ring on this 0.8mm Tungsten Drill may vary in colour from the product image, and it is possible to receive various colours in an order with more than one drill.

Typical Applications for 0.8mm Tungsten Carbide PCB Drills:

While you probably don’t need the entire range of drill sizes, it’s a great idea to invest in a few different sizes, like the 1.5mm, 1.2mm, 1mm and 0.4mm, so that you have a wide range of options when you need to drill holes. However, if you do invest in the entire range, you can be sure that you will always be able to get perfectly sized holes for your PCB components or mounting screws – or for when you need to unclog a 3D printer nozzle without damaging it.
