While we all know and love the incredible possibilities that 3D Printing has brought to our homes and workshops, it’s hard to ignore the fact that 3D Printers are still somewhat limited, and there are some things that are simply impossible to achieve without the right tools and materials to help. Helpful Tips for Printing with eSUN PVA+ Filament:

Although there’s technically nothing stopping you from using PVA+ Filaments for standard 3D Printing, PVA Filaments like these are most commonly used for building temporary struts and scaffolds in 3D Printing, allowing Makers to produce complex prints with thin structures, large overhangs, as well as extremely complex and difficult fine details. After the print is complete, the entire print can then be submerged and left in hot water of up to 60°C to dissolve the struts without damaging or negatively affecting the main components of the print. This results in far better quality and more technically complex prints with substantially less droop, sag or similar problems, and is genuinely one of the easiest and most value-adding filaments that we’ve enjoyed using so far.
