3D Printing is a very specialised hobby, with each of the complicated parts all working together to fabricate beautiful figurines, complex designs and highly accurate models, but of course these complicated machines can sometimes lead to complicated problems. Fortunately, we understand this predicament, and this is why we always try to stock all of the necessary replacement parts like these 0.4mm Nozzles for D9, which are Wanhao Original Spares supplied directly from Wanhao to ensure perfect compatibility with your Wanhao Duplicator 9.

This nozzle is quite specialised compared to most Nozzles on the market, with a unique fit that is slightly shorter, with little markings on the flats of the nozzle for easy size identification at a glance. They are carefully machined in brass to be perfectly compatible with 1.75mm 3D Filament, with smoothened inner walls to ensure good flow within the heating chamber and greatly reduced chances of clogging or plastic deposits that would typically affect print quality.

Typical Applications for the Wanhao Original 0.4mm Nozzle for D9:

When replacing the nozzle on your Duplicator 9 3D printer, you need to be sure to get the right one, since it is a specialised nozzle that is slightly shorter than most. Fortunately, this 0.4mm Nozzle for D9 is a Wanhao Original, and will fit the D9 perfectly without any extra hassles or modifications at all. However, despite being labelled an MK10 nozzle by Wanhao, it’s not guaranteed to fit in other MK10 hotend assemblies, and we have not tested this nozzle on many other 3D Printers.

With this in mind, if you do need a nozzle for a different printer, feel free to take a look at our wide range of 3D Printer Nozzles, as we have an E3D range, and MK range, and even specialised nozzles for Creality printers too.

Wanhao have been supplying 3D Printers internationally since as early as 2012, and have rapidly garnered a world-renowned reputation for quality machines, parts and components. After originally banding together as a group of friends and purchasing a Makerbot Thing-O-Matic, they created their own “Duplicator 1” 3D Printer, which was essentially a replica of the Thing-O-Matic, with slight modifications and alterations to make it better suit typical users.

Wanhao’s strengths have always stemmed from the fact that they are both 3D Makers and 3D Printer Manufacturers, which allows them to understand the needs of the end user when developing new models or upgrades. It is the same reason why they always make sure to stock spares of all of the different parts and components, because they believe that you should never have to buy an entirely new printer if one part breaks, and should instead be able to simply replace whichever part is broken.

There are few 3D Printing manufacturers with as much experience and reputation as Wanhao, which is why we have chosen them as one of our top suppliers here at DIYElectronics. Not only do they continue to bring out exciting new models and upgrades for existing models, but they also align with our own company culture and values by proactively supplying all of the spare parts that customers might need – so that you, as an end user, never have to source spares or alternatives if you have problems with faulty or broken parts throughout the lifespan of your 3D Printer.
