BIQU Bi-Metal Heat Break for H2 V2S Lite Extruder

The BIQU H2 V2S Lite Extruder has a very unique custom hotend to achieve its amazing high-flow, fast printing, but every great hotend needs a heatbreak. The hotend assembly is carefully constructed to ensure the 3D filament safely reaches the melt zone, which consists of the nozzle and the heater block attached to the heat break. The heat break is strategically positioned to prevent the transfer of heat between the heater block and the cooling tower. This means the heat break experiences intense ranges of hot and cold temperatures, and that’s not exactly great for most metals. This Bi-Metal Copper-Titanium Alloy Heat Break is designed to withstand high printing temperatures and high flow for fast printing too.

The BIQU H2 V2S Lite Heat Break is a custom bi-metallic design for easy, quick maintenance and high-flow printing. This extended hotend design from BIQU features a longer M4 nozzle and M4 heater block custom-made for the H2 V2S lite extruder to achieve high flow output and print at remarkable speeds. This Heat Break is made of copper alloy and grade 5 titanium, an all-metal design for greater quality prints at 270°C. It utilises the classic M4 thread on the bottom end, just like many other Heat Breaks, but features a custom throat and unthreaded top end to fit inside the BIQU H2 V2S lite extruder. This incredible lightweight assembly can output 45mm³/s to meet faster printing needs. This BIQU H2 V2S Lite Heat Break is the official replacement heatbreak for your BIQU H2 V2S lite extruder when you need to get your printer back up and running.
