The Creality CR-10 Hotend Full Enclosed Assembly is the perfect replacement part for when disaster strikes and you need to repair or switch out a hotend on Creality 3D Printers. Made by Creality3D and stocked here in South Africa, these full hotend assemblies include the entire cooling tower, heater block, heatbreak and nozzle, as well as the all-metal enclosure, both cooling fans, and even the wiring to connect it all up to the main control board.

Designed in the sleek red, black and white colours and built to exact specification to fit all of the Ender and CR series printers, these full Hotend Assemblies offer everything you need to completely replace the entire hotend, all the way up to the extruder body. This makes these units some of the easiest replacements available, allowing you to simply unplug and remove the old hotend assembly, and then plug in and install the new one in its place.

Typical Applications for the Creality CR-10 Hotend - Full Enclosed Assembly:

Although the Creality CR-10 Full Enclosed Hotend Assembly is stocked primarily as a replacement part for Creality 3D printers like the Creality CR-10S, some enthusiasts have also used these as quick-swap hotend assemblies. With the clever use of magnets, these can help to save a lot of time if you like to switch filaments or nozzles often. And instead of going through the entire nozzle or filament changing process, you can simply pull off one of your hotend assemblies, and then magnetically clip the other assembly straight on. Of course, swapping out the cables is probably the most time-consuming part, but you can also slightly modify these cables with quick-swap connectors to make the entire process of swapping out hotends even easier than levelling the bed!

Although Creality 3D have been working within the industry since 2014, their addition of the Creality CR-10 series is what really catapulted them to the front line of competition, as it offered substantially better quality compared to other 3D printers – while simultaneously reducing the cost and complexities of the machines.

The quality of Creality’s 3D Printers and accessories shows through in their market history, with the brand selling around 3000 printers in their first year on the market, followed by about 10,000 sales over the next year. Now, Creality easily sells around 30,000 or more 3D printers each year, with sales continuously rising as they bring out more models. These are impressive numbers when considering the fact that they entered the industry as unknown competitors, quickly rising through the ranks and now even competing with Wanhao and similar top brands.

If you are looking for excellent 3D Printers that offer affordability without compromising on quality, Creality 3D is certainly a brand that you should take note of. From the basic Creality Ender 2 all the way up to the large build volume Creality CR-10 S5, there are few other brands who are capable of offering such a refined package while still maintaining some of the most enticing prices in the industry.
