Within 3D Printing, there are so many different brands that make clones, copies, fakes and knock-offs that it’s often difficult to identify when a specific part, component or entire assembly is capable of offering reliable results like the description states. However, amidst all of the clone brands and copycats, there are a few companies who have risen above this, and have made their name for creating high quality, reliable and true-to-description products that simply knock the socks off of the knock-offs!

One such brand that has garnered world-wide attention for their quality and passion for precision is Micro Swiss, an American company that utilise a Swiss lathe to reach a precision rating of up to 0.005mm tolerances, and we are excited to let you know that we’ve become official distributors for their pristinely machined and highly sought after 3D Printer Components.

With this in mind, we introduce the Micro Swiss Hotend Assembly for Creality 3D Printers, which has been designed as an ultra-simple drop-in upgrade for the Creality CR-10-based printers, including the CR-10 and CR-10S range, as well as the Creality Ender 3, the Ender 5, the CR-20 and CR-20 Pro, and even the CR-10 Mini. It is an all-metal hotend with a specialised coating that removes the need for PTFE lining by offering a super low-friction feedpath, with specialised materials like Grade 5 Titanium to ensure not only great quality components, but also a boost to print quality, better durability and less headaches and maintenance for 3D Makers like yourself.

Note: This is a Micro Swiss Original Hotend Assembly, supplied directly by the industry leaders in nozzle and hotend R&D and Production. This ensures premium quality and lasting durability, even when dealing with high-corrosion filaments like Carbon Fiber and MetalFill.

Typical Applications for this Micro Swiss Hotend Assembly for CR-10 / CR-10S / CR-20 / Ender 2, 3, 5:

Although the original Creality CR-10 Hotend Assembly is perfectly capable of producing great quality prints, and is fitted to almost all of their different models aside from a few in the Pro series, it still can’t quite compare to the incredible quality and impressive material composition of the parts that make up the Micro Swiss assembly. This is how Micro Swiss hotends can comfortably reach around 300°C without problems, as their R&D department have endured countless hours of trial and error, so that we can enjoy some of the highest quality Hotend Assemblies on the market.

The heat break of a standard printer, for example, would typically be made from brass or stainless steel, but Micro Swiss has stepped up this design with a specialised Grade 5 Titanium Heat Break, which is much stronger and less prone to breaking, while also offering better thermal insulation. In fact, even the nozzle has been dramatically improved over the typical brass style nozzles, and is plated with a “TwinClad XT” Nickel-composite coating for ultra-low friction – with all of these factors resulting in a hotend assembly that offers even better filament control, but without even needing any PTFE lining.

Offering one of the best, and surprisingly also one of the most hassle-free, upgrades available to Makers, it’s easy to see why Micro Swiss are dominating the hotend assembly landscape.

Within 3D Printing, there are a few brands whose hard work has made them stand out from the rest, with real innovation and the ability to not only refine old designs, but actually redesign from the ground up to offer more comprehensive upgrades for 3D printing enthusiasts and Makers throughout the world.

Micro Swiss is one such brand that perfectly fits this description, and since their founding back in 2015, the Micro Swiss brand has garnered world-wide attention for the quality, material composition and precision of their hotends, nozzles and other all-metal components. With a core focus on TwinClad XT Plated Brass Nozzles and All-Metal Hotend Upgrades for some of the most popular 3D Printers on the market, it’s no surprise that one of the easiest and most effective upgrades available to Makers are Micro Swiss Replacement Parts and Upgrade Kits.

In addition to the amazing 3D Printing components and upgrades that they produce, Micro Swiss also specialise in Swiss Turning, which is capable of precision CNC machining outer diameters as small as 0.0127mm, as well as CNC milling, tapping and post machining finishing for prototyping. These service offerings and correlating skillsets ensure that the Micro Swiss team is more than just capable of producing consistently high-quality parts, but also capable of identifying precisely where each part could use improvements.

As manufacturers and end-users of everything they produce, Micro Swiss is one of the most impressive brands we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with, and we look forward to all of the exciting refinements and developments that they are bound to bring out in the future.
