This servo motor is an upgrade of the well known TowerPro MG996R. The PCB and IC control system has been modifed to incorporate continuous rotation in either clockwise or anti-clockwise directions, making it a perfect option for robotics or other projects requiring 360 degree continuous rotation. Other upgrades of this specific model also include the gearbox and motor, which improve dead bandwith and centering issues.
