This common set of voltages has certainly made it a lot easier to match the different parts in projects with each other, although even now, especially when Prototyping, there are times in which you may need to boost or buck a voltage in order to keep your components safe, and ensure that the data or electrical signals being sent between different parts is maintained, and kept stable and readable throughout the circuit. In such cases, Voltage Regulators like this XL6009 DC-DC Adjustable Buck Boost Module is an ideal solution, which not only makes your life as an Electronics Maker easier than ever before, but also helps you protect your circuit from unnecessary and unexpected damage.

This voltage conversion module is designed to operate as both a buck and a boost module, capable of stepping up or dropping down voltages to meet whatever requirements your project has, with a wide input voltage range of between 3.8V and 32V DC, and an even wider output voltage range of between 1.25V and 35V DC. This means you can use almost any power supply you need to power your projects, with the option to adjust the output by simply turning the little screw on the integrated potentiometer. In fact, the only real limitation for this module, aside from the minimum and maximum input voltage, is that it can only provide a relatively beefy 4A current rating. However, this is more than enough current for most electronics applications, making it an excellent tool for any electronics Maker to have in their Maker Toolkit.

Please Note: The XL6009 DC-DC Adjustable Buck Boost Module is an excellent module for regulating voltages from Solar Power, due to the automatic switching capabilities and auto-start voltage.

verry usefull

Note don't drop the voltage below 3.5V otherwise it spikes to like 30+ volts, it kills voltage sensitive device like Arduino's and routers. but its very use full for everything so far for keeping voltage very stable with fluctuating voltages and spikes. i would buy more for future projects.
