This T-Nut is designed for PG40 T-Slot aluminium extrusion profiles, and uses the common M6 thread to fasten brackets, Mounting Plates and other accessories onto PG40 aluminium extrusions in a convenient, modular fashion. It is installed by inserting the T-nut sideways into the slot in the extrusion, turning the T-nut so the flanges are beneath the profile edges, and then screwing it in to form a tight, firm hold.

This is ideal for situations in which you want to add accessories or additional Aluminium Extrusions onto your design, but don’t have any space left at the end of the extrusions. In such cases, you can simply install a T-nut anywhere along the slot and install components directly onto them, even allowing for post-installation repositioning if necessary.

If you’re looking for the ultimate in modular design while still expecting durable and reliable components, there are few better options than these Modular Extrusions and accessories.
