If you are building a structure or CNC machine using aluminium T-Slot PG40 extrusion, these connecting inner brackets are extremely useful, affordable and light weight. The L-shaped bracket slides within the t-slot profile and can be fixed anywhere along the extrusion’s length with a hidden M6 grub screw.
These brackets are not as strong as corner brackets, but offer a sleek and slimline solution when 90 degree connections of 40x40 t-slot profile lengths are needed.
