This Creality Falcon 2 Laser Engraver offers a 22W powerful laser module with 0.1mm precision, a sturdy structure with 400x415mm work area, and additional professional features. The smooth motion of the gantry and sturdy frame result in incredibly detailed “prints” of laser engraved patterns or full photos onto multiple materials. This higher power 22W laser can cut and engrave using four 6W laser diodes, compressed together into one powerful burst. The system expertly controls the levels, allowing you to engrave in colour onto stainless steel, or cut 15mm wood in one pass! Advanced New Features of the Creality 22W Falcon 2 Laser Engraver

• 22W Power Laser Module – The 22W head on this Creality Falcon 2 Engraver is a powerful laser designed for peek precision. It uses four 6W laser diodes that are compressed together with the latest FAC spot compression technology. Compared to Creality’s 10W Falcon Engravers, this head offers twice the speed and allows you to cut through 15mm wood, 0.05mm stainless steel, or 10mm black acrylic in one pass. • Colour Engraving on Stainless Steel – Thanks to the incredible control this 22W laser has, you can change the precise heat to produce colourful results! Stainless steel reacts in unique ways to high-powered laser beams, morphing into an array of colours based on the strength of your laser. You can carefully set your laser to produce the colours you wish as you engrave your stainless-steel sheets or cutlery.
• 400x415mm Stable Work Area – A good large engraving area is open to create large laser prints of your favourite photos and designs as big as wall posters. The sturdy gantry zooms across the whole space on 4 v-shaped motion wheels and high-tension timing belt, driven by one stepper motor. Surprisingly lightweight, the whole machine is easily picked up and placed atop the wood or surface being engraved.
• New Air Assist Integration – An additional air assist module is included with the Creality 22W Falcon 2 Engraver. Manually adjust the airflow straight to your laser head. The additional cooling will remove smoke and minimalise the burn marks created on lighter material like cardboard. This groundbreaking addition to your machine brings a cleaner result than ever on your laser designs.
• Triple Monitoring System – The 22W Falcon 2 Laser module includes three distinct sensors for monitoring your airflow, fire detection, and lens health. Each includes a built-in alarm and LED indicator. The Air monitor will indicate the volume of airflow, which you can adjust on the standalone unit. The Fire monitor will detect and presence of fire and stop your machine instantly if a problem arises. The Lens monitor will ensure that your lens is not dirty or broken, indicating the need to clean or replace your lens if necessary. These safety features add to the engravers convenient use.
• Emergency Stop and More Safety Features – There is an abundance of extra safety features on the Creality Falcon 2 Laser Engraver. The big red emergency stop button will halt everything, giving you control over any emergency straight away. A security lock and key are also included, protecting from young children using this machine without supervision. Limit switches are found throughout the gantry to stop the motors crashing. An in-built gyroscope automatically detects any accidental tilt, flip or drop while printing. A buzzer will sound and stop the laser. A laser protective cover also blocks the laser from your eyes, but we still recommend using safety goggles around any high-power laser like this.

Of course, we must mention that this Creality Falcon 2 Laser Engraver is preassembled and ready to go within moments of unboxing. The interface system allows for offline use with a TF card and button pad, or to connect to your computer with the USB Type-C cable and operate fully through your LightBurn software. Silicone foot pads with raise extensions are included too! You can install your laser engraver’s feet in optional holes according to the size of your table and height of your choice.
