Sliding Nuts T6-M5/4 - Makerslide

Used to attach items to your makerslide extrusion. The T6 means it fits the 6mm
channel of the makerslide and the M5 or M4 indicated the bolt size.

(We prefer the M5 but from time to time only the M4 is available)
 

The subsequent nuts are a popular choice of fastener with the use of Aluminium Extrusions. Together with the T-Slot aluminium extrusion, these accessories have revolutionised the world of Industrial framing and automation, machine building, materials handling, work tables, machine safety guarding and enclosures with an easy to use modular design. The design specifically allows this fastener to be directly inserted into the aluminium extrusion directly at the assembly point, which assists greatly with assembly and positioning. When the nut is placed inside the extrusion, it is designed in such a way that nut firmly fits within T-slot opening, meaning it is perfectly positioned with the same connection strength and stability as the Traditional T-Nut. Furthermore, the subsequent nut is able to slide up and down along the length of the profile to wherever it is required - adding to the ease of use that has become synonymous with modular extrusion design.
