Delrin Dual V-Wheel Assembly
A Delrin (Acetel) precision machined dual V-Wheel kit for CNC applications and linear motion. Compatible with V-Slot and Makerslide aluminium extrusion profiles.

These precision CNC machined Delrin Solid V-Wheels run along V-Slot and Makerslide aluminium extrusion profiles and form part of a gantry which your extruder, printer bed, CNC spindle or camera can fix to. They are designed to resist deflection and work with higher loads due to their solid nature. They are compatible with 625 2RS or 625ZZ roller bearings and require a 5mm precision shim washer to fit and transfer load between the two bearings internally.
Many 3D printers such as the TEVO’s and Creality CR-10, and CNC machines like the Shapeoko and X-Carve make use of these wheels in their linear motion systems.
This assembly is a convenient kit containing everything needed to attach to your gantry. You will get the following components:
