CR-10S Pro Dual Drive Gears

With Creality’s recent drive to improve the quality of components and parts, and their impressive CR-10S Pro that incorporates a lot of these higher quality components, it’s no surprise that alongside the genuine Capricorn PTFE Tubing, Creality have also chosen to invest in high quality, high precision Drive Gears. These CR-10S Pro Dual Drive Gears are made to perfectly fit the Creality CR-10S Pro, and are a direct replacement that you can simply swap out if you need to.

Supplied directly from master-crafters in Sweden, these drive gears are a welcome new addition to Creality’s 3D Printers that are hopefully here to stay. They are designed for dual-driving filament from the extruder body down to the hotend assembly, and are comprised of hardened and surface-protected steel for long lasting and effective filament feeding. This, in addition to offering optimal grip and control over the 3D Filament feeding process, also drastically reduces the chances of the drive gears grinding or chipping away the filament when compared to single gear systems, which leads to less filament build up in the drive gear teeth, less annoying maintenance, and ultimately a longer lifespan.

These dual drive gears are primarily made for the CR-10S Pro, although a few users on the big wide internet have reported that they adapted the gears for use in other 3D Printers as well. However, unless you are an avid designer or prototyper in the industry of 3D Printer manufacturing, we simply recommend using these drive gears for their intended purpose. However, they are incredibly good at what they do, and as an extra benefit they don’t have to both be replaced at the same time, meaning that you just can replace one at a time as necessary, while keeping a spare for the next time that you need a replacement.
