T-Slot Aluminium Extrusion - 20x80mm PG20 Profile

These lengths of PG20 Profile T-Slot Aluminium Extrusion are 20x80mm with 8 T-Slots along the sides and 2 T-Slots on the top and bottom, designed for light to medium weight applications. They are made specifically for DIY shelving, prototyping, CNC machines and assembly-line structures, as well as a host of other applications that require impressive structural integrity at a reasonable price with modular functionality.

 The modular design, along with all of the corner brackets and other peripherals, make these extrusions ideal for Mechanics Prototyping, and the T-Slots can even accommodate Delrin Wheels and other rollers. This makes them perfect for building prototypes before committing to a final design with specially-made extrusions, although they are often used as an inexpensive solution to building permanent or semi-permanent structures.

Cutting/Shipping Policy:

• For Aluminium Extrusions, linear shafts and Threaded Rods, the maximum length we can ship is 1 meter.
• Should you require your rod/extrusion cut down to size, we offer a maximum of two cuts per meter, all done within a ±1mm tolerance (stipulate the lengths required in the comments section when checking out).
• Bear in mind that the width of the cutting blade is 3mm, so each cut will essentially reduce the overall length by 3mm. E.g. One cut will result in two parts with a total length of 997mm, whereas two cuts will result three parts with a total length of 994mm.
