While an effective UV resistant cover comes with most resin printers, they may not be completely foolproof. Many Makers prefer to place their resin printers in dark rooms or cupboards. This is not always the best for seeing your prints as they form. But, fortunately, Wham Bam has created a perfect enclosure for us. The Wham Bam Resin HotBox Enclosure is 330x330x580mm to fit 3D resin printers like the Halot-One, Halot-One Plus, and Halot-One Pro.
The Wham Bam Resin HotBox Enclosure features a really clever design, made of high-grade Nylon fabric with fire-resistant coating and lined with a metallic heat-deflecting internal liner that sandwiches around a strong, lightweight honeycomb insulating structure. A built-in temperature gauge allows you to monitor the internal temperature and make sure your resin stays in a consistent warm atmosphere. Almost every resin prints better at specific temperature ranges, especially the higher-performance and exotic resins. The red window on the front of the Hotbox allows no UV light through while you look inside at your print in progress. This is all complimented by convenient added features such as a built-in USB outlet and extension cable and various allowances for future upgrades. When you need to get to your printer proper, a convenient handle on the top allows you to simply pull the enclousure away, or you might easily flip open the window to remove your prints.
