Creality Laser Module - Upgrade Kit
The Creality Laser Module Upgrade Kit utilises a magnetically mounted laser to upgrade the CR-10 S series of 3D Printers with engraving capabilities.
The Creality Laser Module Upgrade Kit is an awesome little addition that adds engraving and basic cutting capabilities to the Creality CR-10 Series of 3D Printers. It is simple to use, with magnetic mounting points and an easy-adjustable focus that allows you to stick it directly onto the side of the extruder block and set the focus with precision. Then, all you need to do is utilise the Laser Slicing Software that comes with it to slice a design and convert it into G-Code for engraving.
While this module is stocked primarily as an Engraving Laser, it does have the power to cut through thin materials, although it may require multiple passes over the same lines in order to slowly cut through layer by layer. And to ensure that your eyes aren’t unnecessarily damaged while engraving or cutting, the module also comes with a pair of Green Safety Glasses – which is particularly important while you’re setting the focus.

Although the Creality Laser Module Upgrade Kit is stocked for engraving, it is in fact powerful enough to cut through thin materials as well. It is easy to install with magnetic mounting points and a single cable, and even comes with glasses and a special “Laser Slicing Software” for setting up the g-code for engraving. Just remember that you will need to use the included glasses, as a light source this powerful can easily damage retina.
