If you’re fortunate enough to have a Creailty CR-10S, or any of the larger variations of this machine, and have been struggling with Z-axis wobble or instability as the leadscrews turn, then this CR-10S Shaft Support Bearing Mount may be the solution you’ve been looking for. Designed to fit atop the Z-axis leadscrews to keep them steady without actually capturing them, these mounts attach to the top back of the gantry, and feature a reasonably loose F688ZZ Bearing to help reduce any offsets and wobbles of the leadscrews.
These Z-axis stabilisers are Creality Original Spares, and have been built to the same specifications as the original mounts, which not only means they are going to deliver the same quality stabilising effects, but also that they will fit perfectly without any unexpected problems or incompatibilities. From this mounting point on the gantry, the F688ZZ bearing fits snugly around the top of the leadscrew, with enough extra space so as to not affect the motion of the leadscrew, but rather just keep it centred even if there is reasonably drastic acentric motion as it turns.
CR-10S Shaft Support Bearing Mount - Technical Specifications:
– Creality 3D
– 8mm (Fits Standard Leadscrews)
While some customers may not understand this yet, seemingly small problems like Z-wobble or slight acentric motion shifts can dramatically affect 3D Printing quality, and can even lead to completely failed prints if the problem gets particularly bad, which of course leads to wasted time and money. Fortunately, however, these kinds of problems can be relatively easy to remedy, which is precisely why we make sure to stock a wide range of Creality Original Spares, so that you don’t have to search far and wide to find the parts you need to get back to the print quality you deserve.
And instead of having to source parts from international suppliers, you can simply look through our spares categories to find exactly what you need, with most of these parts being rather easy to replace without the need of professional services. And just to sweeten the deal, remember that our support team is always available via email in case you run into any problems along the way, and with a simple picture of the problem we can help you get back on track and get your printer up and running without any unnecessary hassles.

Although Creality 3D have been working within the industry since 2014, their addition of the Creality CR-10 series is what really catapulted them to the front line of competition, as it offered substantially better quality compared to other 3D printers – while simultaneously reducing the cost and complexities of the machines.
The quality of Creality’s 3D Printers and accessories shows through in their market history, with the brand selling around 3000 printers in their first year on the market, followed by about 10,000 sales over the next year. Now, Creality easily sells around 30,000 or more 3D printers each year, with sales continuously rising as they bring out more models. These are impressive numbers when considering the fact that they entered the industry as unknown competitors, quickly rising through the ranks and now even competing with Wanhao and similar top brands.
If you are looking for excellent 3D Printers that offer affordability without compromising on quality, Creality 3D is certainly a brand that you should take note of. From the basic Creality Ender 2 all the way up to the large build volume Creality CR-10 S5, there are few other brands who are capable of offering such a refined package while still maintaining some of the most enticing prices in the industry.
