Wham Bam boasts a wide selection of 3D printable hotend mounts and gantry interfaces, such as the Universal X Gantry Plates, to install the Mutant V2 on nearly any printer with any tool head. If you do not find the STL files you need, Wham Bam even offers guidelines for 3D modelling your own. After installing this Mutant V2 Base Kit, you can then add as many additional Mutant V2 Mount Tool Plates you need.  Each interchangeable mount plate offers eighteen 3A and two 10A terminal connections for the electronics of your specific tool head, whether it be a hotend, Creality Laser Cutter, BIQU H2 Direct Extruder, etc. When slotted into the fixed plate, spring loaded POGO pins will receive your tool head’s connections and relay them to your printer’s motherboard. This means you don’t need to worry about reconnecting pesky wires whenever you change tool heads. Simply use the attached lever to release your old hotend and click in your new tool head, getting back to making straight away!
