Seeeduino XIAO Grove Shield with Embedded Battery IC

If you’ve seen the awesome little Seeeduino XIAO microcontroller from the ever-popular user-friendly brand Seeed Studio, then you will have probably gotten quite excited at the impressive level of power and functionality that has been equipped on such a teeny tiny form factor. This expansion board is designed specifically for the Seeeduino XIAO, and acts in quite a similar fashion to an Arduino Shield, although instead of the shield being plugged in on top of the MCU, the MCU is plugged into the top of the shield. This is quite similar to an XBee interface, featuring simple headers that connect up and break out all of the pins on the XIAO, but of course the prime difference is in the fact that the little module that you’re plugging in is actually the brains of the operation, rather than an addon to the underlying board. These broken out pins can then be used as per normal, but also connect up to handy Grove Interfaces, with two IIC interfaces, a single UART interface, and five general purpose interfaces, each with four pins to allow for both power and data transfers between the XIAO, the Shield and whatever modules you want connected.
