Pipes and waterworks are an intricate part of our daily lives and are remarkable inventions that allow us to receive water in our homes and even transfer any other type of liquid seamlessly from one place to another. These pipe systems could transport oil, paint, petrol or even consumables like milk and honey. How fantastic to have honey on tap in our kitchen! But since humans don’t have x-ray vision, losing track of all that honey usage is hard on the wallet. The Gravity Liquid Flow Sensor is a sensor module designed to fit into your G1/4 pipe system to measure the exact amount of flowing liquid passing through them.

Insulated for liquid with high concentration and low viscosity, the Gravity Liquid Flow Sensor uses the electromagnetic principle to measure the flow of liquid. A special Gravity connector allows Makers to connect the Liquid Flow Sensor to an Arduino Uno controller. With these brains behind the sensors, you can create a smart measuring system that sends data right to your phone or notifies you when the tank is low. Many smart home IoT applications are possible with this easy-to-install Gravity Liquid Flow Sensor.

Please Note: This Gravity Liquid Flow Sensor uses G1/4” fittings for easy installation into your pipe system. If this is too big, check out our G1/2” Gravity Liquid Flow Sensor. If you are looking for an even bigger option, our G3/4” Gravity Liquid Flow Sensor is also in stock.
